Another pathetic failure of a so-called training week
splits 9.25/9.29. (average; 4.43perkm)
Hull Park course evening run, jammed it in between work and going to bible study home group from church (I went for once seems to have been about once every 3 months lately...better occasionally than never...)
Not a bad run, attacked a bit, felt good for the first 1km or so, and maintained a decent pace (around 4.45 per km) most of the way. My quickest on this course by 3 minutes. Ran this course twice last year.
Did 28.5hrs this week at work, including some tough stuff in Peppermint Grove, after starting the week in cruisy stuff in Ashby and Banksia Grove, so a lot! of driving around the Perth Metro, plus less than 5 hours a night sleep Wednesday and Thursday night, which meant I slipped into recovery mode this weekend, instead of the big plans for some stupendous sessions I wanted to do this weekend. Went karoaking at some in-laws birthdays on Saturday night, which was great fun got to sing a great song; U2"s Sunday Bloody Sunday!!!!!!!!
, and helped my wife with her work this weekend...In the words of Bugs Bunny; Thats all Folks! (for this pathetic week.)

Comments;Pathetic!, Failed again to do anything during the week or get to Hills Training group on Saturday. Lost ground this week for sure,however if I get it right next week or the week after etc etc I have enough good sessions banked to still have something substantial to build on. Hopefully will get ahead on bills a little as this is really holding me back (lack of finances/pressures at home)at the moment from doing anything other than; work,eat,sleep, repeat! ....
