5km ladder at Belmont.
Getting pretty hot while I was out there so i needed long rest periods and lots of drinks to keeep the body temperature at levels I could cope with?.....or maybe I'm just soft/unfit...but I needed those 6 minute rest breaks...found this session very demanding (like most ladder type reps sessions...)...
Pretty happy with it though especially the fact that I negative splitted on the last 3 reps on the way "down the ladder"...
PM; umpired 2 basketball games (80 minutes)
Wednesday 8/3/06; umpired one basketball game for 40 minutes.
