Southern River 6.25km run
Minor Concerns;
-Have had a little bit of left knee soreness and shin tenderness since basketball reffing last night so need to go easy on the running.
-Flat tyre on mountainbike has reared its ugly head again already, so need to get a new tube.
-Have a problem with a crack on the top of the bladder in my hydration pack meaning that I can only get about 1-1.5L in the 2L bladder. May have to get a new bladder for my hydration pack, but will make do with what I have for the moment...
Up to session number 6 and 403 minutes and there is still 2.5 days to go, so on track to beat what I did volumewise for training again this week. Keep doing this and with some good reps sessions I should start to see my P.B.'s threatened in the coming weeks and months...going great guns...
