Wandering Spirit
Anyhow Have had A Win in the Field of finding a new place and we signed up the other day to move in February, so now we can stop the wandering around house hunting and get on with the big move, plus get my meter reading back on track, and maybe soon (although it maybe a few weeks away now) I can get my running going again, before I lose too much, although I do have the meter reading advantage again...
Sunday 18th January 2009 AD; Cycled 60min on exercise bike, allegedly covered 31.65km HR only 114 and 528 calories used.

Disappointed I didnt make it to the run at wungong gorge! but after driving 167km flat out in the heat and working 12 hours (4 hours meter reading in Merriwa in the heat & callcentre 1700-0100)plus signing lease just off Canning Hwy, I was totally asleep when I got home at 0200, getting to armadale by 0600 wasnt going to happen given I have had way too many 3hrs sleep nights this week...keen to run in the gorge sometime though...
Just found a youtube music clip of Magdallan: Love to the rescue, good chorus line for a runner "keep on running"...pretty shreddin 80's/90's style pop metal effort from Tamplin (ex-Shout) and co...more pop metal early 90's classics like Ransom lasting love...(lead vocalist is female in this one)...

All the best with the move Jonathon.
Thanks for your thoughtful comment on my blog. Fingers crossed all will go well. Good luck to you on the consistent training front too.
Yes, this hot weather is a killer. Makes training after working in the heat pretty tough.
