2008 5 session tri strategy 300 Abs plus
Then overtime work. Hoping to do Hills group long run today but sleep too chaotic last night.
Have rigged up a 5 point plan in my offline personal daily diary to try and get some triathlon type training going this year, to get my Abs program going more regularly, and to try and push me to train more often in general this year, but still juggle my work and family commitments.
Prioritized as such; 1;Long run, 2a and 2b;Reps/timetrials/races, 3;Ride 4;Abs 5;Swim. Also plan to start a 20 week Perth Marathon 2008 attack from February 18th onwards, which is the day after the Matilda Bay 10k. Other "new years resolutions" I guess is to spend more time reading the Bible and with the local church, and try and increase our family income through more work, maybe a better position by 2009 at the latest.
Had a bit of a chat with Nate last night about the 75km Kep Track which goes from Mundaring Weir to Northam, so it must be possible to run,mountainbike,hike a long way on that track, so a potentially good training option for ultra runners like Nate. He is planning an assault on the 24 hour race at Runaway Bay on the Gold Coast this year, while Dave is going to do 6 Foot in March this year.

Wow ! 300 abs crunches, that's impressive. It's good that you are trying out for triathlons - it seems that there a lot tri events in Perth. All the best for your 2008 resolutions!
