work n afflictions
No training this week again. Need things in general to improve to get out there again. Lately just too worn out from work and driving to and from work etc.
The injury report;
Concern 1-sore shoulder in the last 2-3 days...I think I hurt it at work...
Concern 2-sore middle right hand finger (since I hurt it bodysurfing in Mandurah on January 27th).
Concern 3-continuing recovery from the tooth I had removed on 20th January, although I am getting used to it now...cleaning my teeth about 4 times a day...as a few of them seem to be getting sore a lot.
-sore left knee and left hand which I cut about January 16th seems to be healed up fully now.
- the usual knee creakiness and back soreness
Hoping to do some swim sessions this week or next week, but may have to wait for shoulder to heal up.
Also hope to get out to Darlington to run with the WAMC group on the trails on a Saturday morning....Probably would have gone yesterday if I had not been working overtime and if the shoulder had been ok.

Hi Jon,
Sounds like things are challenging right now - tough when life gets in the way! At least work is some sort of training.
Hope to see you at a couple of the events you listed last post.
