Murphys Law 10km race and short cycle.
Excuses;
-weary from tough couple of days and lack of sleep.
-running a bit late on the day
-lotsa concrete paths = lack of rhythm and lots of stress on my knees...
-carrying gatorade made it hard to run fast.
-fully unmotivated by last 2km. (hence the very low heart rate for a race of 162..couldnt be bothered finishing off once I knew it was a disaster...)
-warm weather.
-noy sure exactly just a shocker...
Sunday 12/2/06 Evening cycle of 6.5km with KL relaxed and very cruisy!
